Webex Calling Voicemail Default "no answer" Message

I guess this applies to the "busy" message as well.

Can anyone tell how this works or where this is setup. It seems like it should be a auto-generated response. Well, it is, except that it is omitting the recipients name. My assumption was that the system would do a voice translation of the person's first and last name from the text data and append that to the start of the message.  Sort of like "Bob Smith is not available now... " and so on.  However the name is coming out with the sound of someone clearing their throat. So we are getting "<Gross hawking sound> is not available now .." which is far from ideal (though it is having the benefit of less voicemails being left).

So is this a requirement that every user has to record their personal greeting in some fashion? If so, where? And why? Our old CUCM seemed to accomplish the task of voice translating the person's name with no issue. I can see the custom greeting and the ability to record or upload a wav file but the default should not be so...convoluted.

When a user logs into their vm for the first time, they are asked to record their name. That is the only requirement, the do not need to record a greeting, if they do not then the default messages will be played. If there is an unwanted recording of a name, then it was more than likely done by the user, possibly a mistake.  I would have the user log back in to the voicemail portal and re record the name.
