imiconnect provides multiple options to enable you to track the delivery status of your messages and calls. One of the ways would be to configure an outbound webhook to get notified when your message is delivered, read, etc.
Above option works best when you want to get notified for every message sent using the imiconnect service selected in the entity dropdown.
If you are looking for the ability to get delivery status of a single message or call, you can you the APIs for retrieving the message or call status.
