Hi Ryan - Have you added a test number to your imiconnect sandbox account already?
If yes, please refer to the list of countries where we support two-way messaging in the sandbox mode here.
You won't see the option to receive messages if your number belongs to one of the countries where SMS messaging support in sandbox is limited to outbound messaging.
