Best wireless headset for Webex Training & Events

Hello!

I'm new to Webex and am using it mostly for VILT. Please share your favorite wireless headset brands and models with me. I've found on the Cisco site that Jabra, Plantronics, Cisco, Logitech, etc. work well with Webex. However there were not specific models indicated nor was there an indication of which wireless ones work best when using Webex. I'd really love to hear from other professionals using Webex for VILT as to what you love. Again, I'll spend most of my time hosting Training and Event style sessions...but I really need a wireless headset because I move a lot / talk with my hands. :)

Hi @AmyEaton32088 - great question!

I use Webex (Meetings and Events mostly) and I love my Cisco Headset 562 - It's wireless! And if it helps, I have a standard base. I prefer the dual earpiece of the Headset 562 because it reduces background distractions. The 561 has a single earpiece.

The Cisco Headset 700 series are also wireless and have a sleek design.

I also found this article on Webex Help that provides recommended USB Headsets for our devices. It includes specific models of headsets.
