Call fail with room Kit

Hi I trying to setup direct call with 2 room kit. no Internet, webex or mtr.

I set the ip and connect 2 dev and make call to other ip. There is nothing happen then just drop. Is brand new with 11.14 sw. Is there anything I need to do ? Register the dev? Upgrade?

How have you configured your devices?   Have you set them up with the right configuration to use them as standalone?  Check out the SX20 as standalone thread as a guide.  The Room Kit devices can be configured in a similar manner.
