Can not dial webex meeting number

Hello, we have a customer who has telepresence endpoints registered to the CUCM ( On-premise). & they have a Webex meeting account, they want to join the Webex meeting through telepresence endpoints. on the Telepresence endpoint screen, we are trying to dial Webex meeting UIR but it says in logs: "Call party not registered": so we understand that telepresence`s CSS does not access that SIP URI. How to route that WebEx URI to the cloud via CUCM?

@Jahangir Tahirov , in order to make a video call from on-prem video endpoints to the Webex Cloud you'll need to have an Expressway- C and Expressway-E in your network.

Can you confirm that you have an Expressway-pair in your environment?
Can you confirm that you have proper SIP route patterns to route these Webex calls from CUCM to Exp-C?
And on Exp-C you should have search rule to route it to Exp-E?
And on Exp-E you should have search rule to route these to DNS Zone?

@Goswin Weemaes thanks for your response,

the way you mentioned above will use a Rich media license.  right? can you please send me a config guide for this?

can we join the Webex meeting from telepresence endpoints using only the expressway as a call connector?

Hello Jahangir,

Calls to Cisco Webex does not consume any extra licenses on the EXPs, please check guide below:
