Cisco 730 on Windows as Headset Profile

I've been using a Headset 730 on my Surface Laptop 3 for several months now and it's been great. Noise cancellation worked great, etc. Just recently it's like it's gone to a very basic headset. In Windows I now see Headphones (Headset 730 Stereo) and Headset (730 Hands-Free AG Audio). For microphone it only shows the 730 Hands-Free AG Audio. When I select Headset as the speaker in Windows or any collaboration software it automatically activates the microphone and it picks up all the background and ambient noise. I still have my 561 Headset that I'm thinking of going back to because of this terrible audio even though the 730 is nicer.

I can only guess that it was perhaps affected by a windows or driver update - have you made sure that your headset is running up to date firmware as well?  Upgrade Your Cisco Headset 730 Firmware (webex.com)
