CISCO Codec Pro Lost Its Config & Went Offline

Hi There,

Im hoping someone could help me out or came across similar issue,

We purchased Cisco CS-KIT-K9 - QUAD 3 months ago, everything worked fine, 

Device lost its config over night, it says NOT REGISTERED in top left corner,

The status says OFFLINE despite the fact its connected to the network over RJ45 (we tested connection by connecting laptop)

Its not accessible over web interface,

It looks like somehow it went to factory reset, the basic functions such as sharing screen from the laptop and displaying on presentation screen works fine.

Havent try the factory reset yet as I want to find out what caused this outage on the first place,

If anyone came across something similar problem I would be grateful if they can share their experience

I am assuming that you had the device registered to the Webex Cloud?   It sounds like it has lost access to the Cloud/Internet - that's why it still has basic functionality and configuration locally, but is showing as Unregistered and cannot make calls.  You need to check your network/firewalls to make sure that the device can access all of the addresses and ports in the cloud (these are updated regularly, so you will need to make sure you keep on top of any changes).   See the Network Requirements for Webex Services documentation.
