We are working with Cisco Room Kits, Cisco CVI and Teams in my company and we are opening a new site in China.
We have an issue about the OBTP on the Room Kits for our Teams invitation. So everything is set-up : Room kit is registered in the webex control hub, An email address is binded to the room..Etc
- If I send a Teams invitation by mail in Outlook with the room invited that is in French or English, on the navigator, I see my meeting with the Join button. If I clic on the button, it connects to the good meeting.
- If I send a Teams invitation by mail in Outlook with the room invited that is in Chineese, on the navigator, I see my meeting (name of the meeting, time slot..Etc) but without the Join button
I supposed that I'm not the first one to have Chineese Teams Invitation and that it probably is a config change somewhere. Has anyone encountered this issue ?
