Cisco VTC shared line

Trying to see if there is way to have a "Share line" for multiple codecs. 

I have two Cisco Desk Pro with two different I.P and Alias (number). I was wondering is there is a way  to have a like a share line just like a telephone. One number to call, both units will ring and once one of them picks up, the other will automatically hang up.

This isn't something that you can configure on the devices themselves, it is something that would need to be configured in whatever call control platform you are using.
