Our CEO uses proximity via a Microsoft surface pro to share content while on a webex call via his Cisco Webex Room 55 Dual. However, when someone else shares content he is the only one who can't view it. This happens intermittently; but it's now happening more consistently we've upgraded the firmware to ce 9.12.3 but it's still happening. I want to know if this is a known issue or if this is something do with proximity and the surface pro? or is there a configuration setting that is missing?
