Converting DX-80 from CUCM to Webex remotely.

I am looking to convert a DX-80 remotely from CUCM registration to Webex registration.

I've performed hard reset and screen is asking for the 16 digit code however I'm not able to enter this via the administration portal?

 

Device is running RoomOS 2019-04-02 30bff6140aa

I would recommend to update to an actual version of CE software. With the actual software versions you will get a "register to Webex" button
