Create contacts on RoomKits

I am looking for a way to create (external) contacts (Name + SIP-address) on the cloud-registered webex devices. I know that I can do this locally on the devices.
But I am looking for a central solution, so that all my RoomKits can access the same list. On the default address book I only see the my own company users/devices.
At admin.webex.com I have not found a way to create contacts. I don´t want to create Users.

Maybe program a macro which looks up a centralised directory with names and addresses to dial? Can’t find one handy but look here https://github.com/CiscoDevNet/awesome-xapi.
