We have TMS/UCMC Webex devices and would like to have the units automatically become the host if the host has not joined without having to hit the # or type in the host key.

@13hartc , when scheduling a meeting you have to select the following parameter in the advanced scheduling options: "Authenticated video systems in this organization can start and join the meeting without a prompt"
For on-prem registered video endpoints to be seen as "authenticated devices" you'll have to configure Cisco Expressway for Mutual TLS (mTLS). This is described in the following article: https://help.webex.com/en-us/notkgfab/Configure-Expressway-for-Mutual-TLS-Authentication
