We recently installed a Webex Room Kit Pro in our Board Room and the Board Secretary needs to "invite" the Room Kit to Webex meetings. She only has access to our organizations Webex User Portal for scheduling meetings. We'd like to be able to invite the Room Kit to the meeting and just click the "Join Meeting" button on the One Touch Navigator.
Is there a setting in Control Hub that will let us add the option for a user scheduling a meeting to "invite" a device or include it in the invite so the "Join Meeting" button is available on the One Touch Navigator? If not in Control Hub, is there an alternate way to schedule the Room Kit using the Webex User Portal?
