Hi,

 

I have a customer that presently has a SX20 and IX5000 and they're interested in integrating Microsoft Teams, are the SX20 and IX5000 supported?

Both the SX20 and the IX5000 make standards based SIP video calls (assuming we're not talking H.323 here) and the Microsoft Teams instance will require a Cloud Video Interop solution.     Once CVI is enabled on the Microsoft side, then the Teams invite will have a SIP dial string for standards based endpoints to dial. 

 

Video Conferencing since before it was cool or cost effective.
