I want to convert some Webex Room devices from hybrid to cloud-registered only. The documentation I have found covers changing from on-premises registered to cloud-registered and also includes hybrid as a potential transition or end-state. However, there doesn't seem to be any documentation that covers moving from hybrid to cloud-registered only.
Do I just remove any references to the device in CUCM and TMS and Hybrid calling references in the Webex Hub, or will I need to do a factory reset on the device as well and recreate the configuration in the Webex Hub?
Regards
Andrew

Thanks for your reply, Kathy. These devices are Webex Room systems, not phones. They are registered in a hybrid configuration to the Webex Cloud and an on-premises CUCM and TMS, so they don't need to migrate to Webex calling. There's documentation available covering the migration from on-premises to hybrid and on-premises to cloud registered, but I can't find anything covering hybrid to cloud.

@Andrew Gillies, Cisco has a migrate to Webex Calling reference guide at the following link:
https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/x974bd/Migrate-Unified-CM-to-Webex
The instructions include configutation requirements in Webex Calling and as you go through these steps, the phone will register with the WxC Cloud configuration and will no longer use the on premise settings. A factory reset on the device is not needed.
