Unfortunately, our WebEx hardware (Codec EQ with Soundbar and Roombar Pro) is currently not working as it should.
When starting a WebEx meeting, the error message “Could not reach the communication service, please try again!” appears very often.
Joining a room similar problem, either it cannot find a contact in the address book or could not call the employee room.
All connection tests have green check marks, DNS and IP also work.
