I'm having trouble updating a Codec Pro (S53300) running original RoomOS ce11.5.3.3 to a newer version. No matter which version I try via the WebUI, the file uploads successfully, but the update process never actually starts. I've tested this with two different Codec Pros and multiple software versions, but the issue persists.
Has anyone encountered this problem before? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! many thanks!
