We were just upgraded from UC One to Webex. However, the "ring on base" feature of the Plantronics Savi 8220 headsets that we have does not appear to work — no matter what setting we try, the ringtone only happens in the headset itself, not on the base.
The Plantronics JavaScript SDK still rings the base, so I know it's not a hardware problem.
Any insights?
