We use the Cisco Webex Room Kit. We use the hybrid calendar and the WebRTC integration with Microsoft Teams.
I am getting an issue where the room kit doesn't recognize the teams meeting. The event shows on the calendar (of the touch 10 and the display of the codec). However, the teams icon doesn't show up, which means that it it doesn't recognize it as a teams meeting and won't be able to join the meeting (if I understand it correctly).
Upon further investigation, I realized that the linked that were copied into the calendar meeting were rewritten by the email filter's url defense solution. My theory is that, because the links are to the filter's domain, and not the Microsoft Teams URL, the room kit isn't recognizing it as a teams meeting.
I am curious if others are having this issue. Do you have problems with the room kit not being able to see "past" the filter's URL? How do you overcome this? We are working to change the filter, but I was curious if you knew of another solution.
Or maybe the room kit should be able to see past it and maybe my problem lies elsewhere?
