Secure Client and Webex

Hi,
after starting the cisco secure client on my device the webex-app does not work. Also the domains "cisco.com" or "webex.com" are not reachable any longer. Without the secure client webex works properly.
Does anyone have experience with this problem or have already been able to solve it?

it sounds like your VPN is only allowing you to access devices that are on your own network.

There are a few ways around this:

  1. Set your computer to use a Proxy server on the network your VPN connects to (if there is one available)
  2. Get your VPN changed to support hairpinning
  3. Get your VPN changed to support Split Tunnelling
