Use files with Whiteboard

Hi Team,

Can we use a file with the whiteboard?
We use room kit mini, and we would like to work on images, excel/word files with the whiteboard function. Is this possible?

The Room Kit mini itself doesn't have the whiteboard feature within the device, you can't create Webapp shortcuts to third party Whiteboards either (e.g. Miro) because the Webapp feature doesn't exist on the Room Kit Mini nor would you be able to input any content via the Touch10. What you are really looking for is a Webex Board or Webex Desk/DeskPro/Desk Mini as these all have whiteboarding functionality natively built in and you're trying to create an ideation collaborative experience.

All you can really do with the Room Kit Mini is join a meeting and then share content from the Webex App. If you create a Whiteboard via the Webex app, the whiteboard will only be viewable on other Webex app users devices; not the Room Kit Mini.
