When you call the provided VIMT link site@m.webex.com for a scheduled MS Teams conference the IVR asks you to enter your VTC ID. But in the invitation mail the VTC ID info is found "Video Conference ID:".
Is there a way to either adjust the IVR prompt or the email invite information so the names are excatly the same?
This is confusing for non-technical users.
