Webex Add-on in MS Excel and MS Power Point

Dear Webex Community,

Greetings. I installed Cisco Webex Meetings app on my laptop (Windows 10) and it's working great. However, in the process of installation, the app's add-ons got installed in the MS Excel, Word and PPT programs (Microsoft 10). These add-ons are making the MS Programs VERY slow in opening. While I would like to keep the Webex app on my laptop, I want to remove the add-ons from the MS Programs. How do I do that? Help!

Hi Emmanuel,

If you are using a managed PC your admin may deployed the Add-in globally, otherwise it should have been done manually from MS AppStore. You should be able to disable it from your MS office app store.
