Webex Room Kit login when connection to Webex Cloud is lost

I have a Webex Room kit that lost the connection to the Webex cloud and as such is not registered anymore.

Of course from the Webex admin hub browsing to the webpage does not work.

I can browse to the IP of the codec but login is not working because I do not have created a secondary user.

Is there a way to use a emergency account to get access to be able to check the reason for the loss of the registration?

The device comes with a default administrator user account with full access rights. The user name is admin and no passphrase is initially set.
