Analyzer Reporting Issue

Hi,

In the Customer Activity Record Repo, the stock variables Previous Queue Name and Previous Agent Name are not populating like Previous State (Previous State is working). I'm not filtering or using the variable wrong.

I'm trying to create a report where I can show the previous queue name and agent name.

Any insight

Could you kindly share the details to wxccdevsupport@webex.com to investigate the issue further please.
Because we might need to involve Engg. for this item and validate the issue further. So it requires further follow ups.
Also, could you share the Org ID and the Customer belongs to which region please!
