API for number of licenses per partner

I am wondering if Webex has an API that can provide information about the number of licenses per partner. Could you please let me know if this is possible, and if so, how I can access this API

I think per partner is only available for Cisco folks.

As a partner admin, you may use the license endpoint to get information for the orgs you manage: https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/v1/licenses

I want to create billing report per partner , i know we have an API to create this "POST : https://webexapis.com/v1/wholesale/billing/reports"  , but i didn't understand what means the Body Parameter "subPartnerOrgId".

I guess it's the customerID returned by https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/v1/wholesale-customers/list-wholesale-customers

Is your org a wholesale enabled org so that you can use the API?

Yes, I can use the API. I have set the org ID, but it's returning an error.
