Cannot find API call to get User settings

Hi, 

I currently require to be able to sync all available settings of the logged in user to my integration.
I am aware of the people/me endpoint, but I somehow need to sync settings such as whether the user has cloud recording switched on or not, changing the recording view etc.

Please guide me to some place where I can access most, if not all settings the user can toggle.

Not all toggles/settings are exposed via API, therefore you may not find them..
