Change "Lock settings on touch devices" through API

Hi,

Does anyone know if there is a way of using the webex API to change the "Lock settings on touch devices" setting that you can find and change under workspaces in the Webex CH web gui.

It does not seem to be under the workspaces section in the API reference guide. I have also tried searching for it in the ref guide, but didn't find it.

In my case a have a customer that wants to enable this only for one specific country not for all which would have been a little bit simpler.

Hi @Niklas Johansson , Looks like you're referring to this setting: https://help.webex.com/en-us/article/z0ybrr/Lock-the-device-settings-for-a-user-or-workspace to be enabled/disabled via API, however, we do not have an API for that AFAIK. Currently we only support device APIs that are listed here: https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/v1/devices

You can raise a feature request if you want, it can be submitted on our User Community Feedback portal: https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/. This request will be reviewed by the Product management team to be considered for future enhancement.
