Connect Azure DevOps Build events to Webex space

We want to connect our Azure DevOps services with web ex spaces, we are following instructsions here: Cisco Webex Bot Workflows the problem is that in that article the provided url is simply http://example.com which is not very helpful, we have a webex space url in th eformat: webexteams://im?space=xxxxxxx and that url is not accepted by Azure DevOps service Hooks space as only urls starting with http are accepted.

Can anyone suggest which url format to the webex space to use to make Az DevOps service hooks successfully post a message to the webex space?

The example URL given there is just that from what I can see, an example. I believe you would need to have your own URL, making sure that it is a publicly available URL (one way of ensuring this is simply by running your URL on a browser, ideally on a device that is not connected to VPN or in a private network).
