Issue: power-pack.io - 400 error

Hey team, power-pack.io is giving me 400-type error, tried incognito tab already, logged out/in as well. I tried with another webex account and it worked fine. Any thoughts?

Associating Power pack with a FedRamp Org may cause this error. If this is the case, then please note, the commercial APIs (used by Power Pack) can't pull data from FedRamp.
Would you mind opening a support ticket (with detailed information covering below point) by sending an email to devsupport@webex.com:
  1. Please try duplicating the issue again and copy the tracking ID associated with the error from the browser console.
  2. Also try to capture an HAR log from your browser while duplicating this error. The instruction on how to recording a HAR file is documented here.
