Hello.
According to the documentation, when a use does click-to dial using the API, a device selection window will come out and a call will be made after the selection is made.
Is there a way to bypass the device selection window ? The reason is many customers are using their own groupwares and want the click-to-call embedded there for their desktop phone only, and I think it would be difficult to build this with the API. Any advice ?

@exjun can you please highlight which section of the API documentation talks about the device selection window? Do you mean the "Alerts occur on all the devices belonging to a user." part of it? If so, there is unfortunately no API parameter to bypass this. In case this is the feature you need, you can suggest it as a new idea here https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/ and have it voted up, so that it's on Product Management's radar.
