Each Webex user account is limited to 20 integrations

"Each Webex user account is limited to 20 integrations" . It means each the app will have only 20 connection ? 
Any body, can explain for me about that? When I use client ID a lot of places

The limit is for registering Integrations via https://developer.webex.com/my-apps, ie. s single Webex account may be the owner of up to 20 integrations.

You may use hundreds of integrations anyway and you may also reuse your integration for multiple purposes (although that may lead to scope confusion, you should do that only if it is for a 'personal' integration which is used by yourself only)
