Enhanced CDR API for Webex Calling

On October 31st, we announced in the developer API change log about a new API callled cdr_stream.  

The API changeling announce a new method for Enhanced CDR access via the cdr_stream API.

Do we have documentation and more info on this new API feature for CDR records?  I've looked in developer.webex.com and did not find anything on cdr_stream?  The link below appears that it is available on Oct 31st.
