Get meeting participants in preview meeting screen

Hi, I'm trying to get the participant list of a in-progress meeting when the user is in the preview meeting screen. Is there a way I can get the list by the REST API or by any means without being a host?

@anh7-tran We have https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/v1/meeting-participants/list-meeting-participants API to fetch participants of in-progress meeting, however as the documentation states, the authenticated user calling this API must either have an Administrator role with the meeting:admin_participants_read scope, or be the meeting host.
