Help needed: Connecting Power BI and Webex Contact Center

I'm trying to connect Power BI to the Webex Contact Center for reporting purposes and read through the articles related to API and GraphQL and leveraged GitHub. But I couldn't quite follow all the instructions as I'm new to these concepts.

Could someone please help me with these specific questions:

1. Which is the best option to retrieve data to Power BI - API or GraphQL?

2. Do I need to install JAVA in my machine for using GraphQL query?

3. I have created the integration and received client id and secret. I'm stuck after this step on how to receive the authorization token. Can someone please help with the step-by-step process after this until connecting to Power BI?

@SSuja not sure if you have found https://github.com/WebexSamples/webex-contact-center-api-samples/tree/main/reporting-samples/graphql-powerbi-sample . It has pretty straight forward steps for working with Contact Center and PowerBI. Should help.
