Incoming DID Call for Webex Android SDK is not working in WSA Env.

Hi, 

I am trying place a DID call to the Webex calling user which is logged in the Sample Webex Android SDK application (https://github.com/webex/webex-android-sdk-example) running in "Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA)" environment.
As per the Webex Android SDK Documentation, the Webex incoming DID calls notification will be received as a push notification from the FCM (Firebase Cloud Messaging) service to the Android application, but as we are running the application in WSA env, which doesn't support the push notification from FCM as it's limitation (https://amazon.developer.forums.answerhub.com/questions/249696/push-notifications-on-windows-subsystem-for-androi.html#:~:text=Google%20Play%20Services%20are%20not,push%20notifications%20on%20our%20app) .

Due to this call initiation is failing with IVR message of "We are sorry your call cannot be completed at this time"  and with the call release cause of "Temporarily Unavailable” in the call originator side.

Looking for an alternate solution or workaround to receive the incoming DID call using Webex Android SDK in the WSA env,  we need a help and assistance on this.

Note : In WSA env for the same application, the call is receiving when it is dialled using SIP URI.

@kmarimuthu unfortunately the Windows Subsystem for Android (WSA) is not a supported platform for the Android SDK. If you could describe your exact use case and provide a further explanation why you are trying to run the SDK on WSA and not on Android native, I can approach the Android Product Managers and see if support can be added in the future. Please note down things like:

- are you planning on using WSA for production?

- do you have any restrictions in your company that prevent you from using Android native?
