We have an EVP who uses Zapier. Zapier's current Webex integration does not support Webex Sites that are SSO integrated, which ours is. So, the Zapier "AI" has said to create an Integration with the below information. The problem is, half of these scopes do not exist. So, we've created the Integration under the developer portal with the scopes that do exist and the webhook has been successfully created however the following two issues exist:
1. Webhook times out after 14 days. EVP does not want to have to re-authenticate this every 14 days. I could use advice on how to make this permanent for him.
2. It is not sending ai_summaries or ai_insights from the meeting so, if he uses the AI Assistant (which he does for all of his meetings), the webhook does not send any of this information over. Ironically, these are the scopes that the Zapier "AI" says we need to include, that do not show up when trying to create this integration. I could use some guidance on which scopes need to be included so the AI summaries get sent over to Zapier via this webhook.
This is what the AI said to do:
I need to connect our Webex and Cisco AI Assistant data with Zapier for automation of meeting summaries, task creation, and transcript management.
Zapier’s Webex connector cannot complete OAuth for SSO users unless our organization authorizes the Zapier redirect URI and scopes below.

Please register a new integration in Webex Control Hub with these settings:

Integration Name:  Zapier – Webex & Cisco AI Automation
Grant Type:        Authorization Code (OAuth 2.0)

**Scopes to include:**
spark:all
spark:messages_read
spark:messages_write
spark:rooms_read
spark:rooms_write
spark:people_read
spark-admin:organizations_read
spark-admin:people_read
meeting:preferences_read
meeting:schedules_read
meeting:schedules_write
meeting:participants_read
meeting:participants_write
meeting:controls_read
meeting:controls_write
meeting:recordings_read_all
meeting:recordings_write
meeting:transcripts_read_all
meeting:transcripts_write
meeting:quality_metrics_read
meeting:analytics_read
meeting:ai_summaries_read
meeting:ai_summaries_write
meeting:ai_insights_read
meeting:ai_insights_write

After the integration is created and approved for SSO users, I’ll authenticate through Zapier using our corporate credentials.

Purpose:
- Capture Cisco AI Assistant transcripts and summaries from Webex meetings.
- Automate follow-up task creation in Microsoft Planner and Teams.
- Retrieve meeting analytics, participants, and recording data for automation.

Any guidance to solve this would be appreciated. I'm being threatened with Zoom and Microsoft Teams over this.
