Hi, does anyone know of any plans or existing integrations between the Webex Teams chat functionality and ServiceNow's Virtual Assistant?  I have seen Amit's post regarding the Software Applications Management (SAM) integration side but this is a different use case.

Hello, unfortunately there is none at the moment. Someone also posted this exact question on the ServiceNow community page as well (https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_question&sys_id=699de130dba034d0414eeeb5ca96191c). You could submit a feature request via the Customer collaboration Portal (https://ciscocollabcustomer.ideas.aha.io/ideas)
