Is there an API for Webex bugs/issues/caveats?

I've checked the API docs, but didn't see one.

Hope you're doing good!
So, @dtibbe already shared you some of the popular channels to raise your concerns or, go through the latest updates!
However, if you're facing some concern or, need some clarification on the issues you're facing regarding Webex APIs and SDKs - wanted to add that you can either post your query here in this Community forum page or, you can send a email to devsupport@webex.com which would raise a Support Case to Webex Developer Support queue.

And, after doing thorough investigation in a time efficient manner - if it looks to be a bug or, glitch, Developer Support team then raise a Engg. case tracker internally and keep providing you periodical update/s until the issue is resolved or, fixed in Production environment.

There is no API for such a thing.. Bugs are mostly handled individually, AFAIK, there is no public accessible issue tracker.

So best information sources are:
