New Service App "Contact Email" validation is incorrect

I have logged into the developer portal using my corporate email address. Our email format is firstname.lastname@companydomain1.com.

While attempting to set up the Service App, I am prompted to enter my email address. When entering my company email address (and bear in mind, I have already logged in with this), I receive the very incorrect error message "This field must be a valid email." If I remove the '.' between firstname and lastname, I still receive the invalid address message. If I then remove the '1' from the address, the error message disappears.

How do I enter dots or numbers in this field, especially as I have already logged in and authenticated using this same address?

@Dean-Powell I tried replicating your issue by creating a Service App and entering, literally firstname.lastname@companydomain1.com , but that worked for me. So I am not sure that the issue is with the "1" in the domain name. Would you mind opening a support ticket for this https://developer.webex.com/support with the actual email address that you are using and the exat steps you are following, so that we can troubleshoot this for you? Thanks
