Read Call Recording Settings for a Person API

Hi team,

Need some help regarding the settings which needs to be done from site in order to the some response for the below mentioned API;

As of now I am getting response as below:

Hi Shravani,

did you get anywhere with your original request? I am currently working with a reporting tool for Webex and using the Webex APIs and seeing the same error message as you have above. How did you align that error message with that particular API?

Based on the error you're getting, I'm guessing your org may not be licensed for Webex Calling. You may need to reach out to your Account executive or the Sales team to get the necessary licenses. Or if you do feel you already have the necessary licenses, you can create a ticket with us by emailing devsupport@webex.com with your description and the full error you get (with unmasked trackingIds and orgId), and we can check further.
