Revoking integrations

As the admin, am I able to revoke authorization for any integrations? If so, can you explain how to do so and who has the privilege to do so?

You can simply delete the integration and recreate it.. Access tokens will also be invalidated if the user account gets deleted/disabled. You may also invalidate your own tokens via https://idbroker.webex.com/idb/profile#/

Or what is the goal you're trying to acchive?
