Status remains inactive though "active" parameter value sent as "true"

Hi Team,

I am trying to create a user using scim2-create-a-user API.
I am sending "active" parameter value as "true" but in response I am getting "active" parameter value "false".

Due to this, user is getting created on Webex Control Hub system with status "Inactive" instead of status "Not verified".
This was not case previously. User was getting created with status "Not verified.

But now it's getting created with status "Inactive".

Same case with the enable user, please see link. Trying to enable user via SCIM 2.0 API but returning active=false

In API guideline Sample request "active" parameter value being sent "true" and in response it's reflecting correct.

@prashant-chinchkar  I would recommend opening a support ticket here for this, we might need to check this with engineering. Please also describe what the "previously" term mean you mentioned. When did the behaviour change exactly?

You can send an email to us at devsupport@webex.com or go to https://developer.webex.com/support .
