Stopping/Ending an ongoing meeting via API

Is there a way to somehow end/stop an ongoing/in-progress meeting with your API, and not JavaScript SDK?

For context, I'm using G2G service app to create a meeting and later i join that meeting using JavaScript SDK. But unfortunately my implementation doesn't allow me to use that SDK to manipulate the meeting later on. Hence I need to somehow stop it via your API.
If there's no available endpoint to accomplish that instantly, i would be happy with a workaround of some type.

I've read multiple forum posts from 2022. that said that is not possible (post 1 and post 2), but did Webex added something for that since then? They said that the feature was in Feature backlog in 2022.

@Developer PhasedConnect replied in the ticket and have put it on hold. We'll update it once we have some news, but it might take a few months. If you need an update eaelier, just ping us in the support ticket.

@Developer PhasedConnect I just got word from Product Management. They confirmed that the feature is still planned and in the Backlog, but due to various other priorities they could not provide an ETA.
