Hi team Dev,
I have an automation using the apis and the oAuth2 method, in the last month the log has shown me an error that I can not identify, this happens occasionally in the day, maximum 2 times in the day, but I can not identify what is the cause of this error.
know what is the reason:

response code is 401

@jd.suarez9 it is difficult to tell what is happening here, as I am not really sure what you are doing in the first place. You mentioned, that you are using the APIs and OAuth, but we would need more info to help here. Feel free to open a support case here https://developer.webex.com/support with full details, like your exact automation with code snippets, that response you get in text format, the OAuth Integration details you are using and we will look into it. thanks

Hi @Janos Benyovszki, thanks for your reply, I opened the case and they told me that this is due to an internal problem at the webex network level, I escalated the issue with the engineers.
