Does a meeting need to be recorded so that the transcript can be downloaded?
Is that the only way

@TIA1818 not sure what that is with the Webex app. You might want to open a support case with the HelpDesk team here https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/web/tsd-cisco-worldwide-contacts.html .

Within the WebEx app on my computer I cannot download the transcript. I am able to see and copy the meeting summary and action items, but I not able to do the same with the transcript. All of my settings are such that I should be able too. I use my personal meeting room, I am able to download the MP4 file but am given no option to download the .txt file or .vtt file of the transcript. I do have a paid version of WebEx. Any assistance you could provide would be very helpful.
