Transcript and Recording Webhooks

when we receive a transcriptionCreated webhook event notification, is it safe to assume that all of the recording and other resources available by api are created/processed for the meeting that generated the webhook event and can be accessed through webex?

We have two separate webhook resources for Meeting transcripts and Recordings as given here - Create a Webhook:

meetingTranscripts
the Meeting Transcripts resource

As per engineering team also, there is no necessary relationship between meeting transcript and recording. If you want to monitor recording created event, please create recording web-hook.
