Update Location Webex Calling Details - Not working keep getting 400

I have been trying to update the Webex Calling Details, to use "Trunk" using the following API - https://developer.webex.com/docs/api/v1/location-call-settings/update-location-webex-calling-details

- I have created Trunks 

- Based on the API doc., none of the fields are required. 

I keep getting 400 ""Connection can be set only once from public API.","

Any insight into what might be the reason, is much appreciated.
